Method of operation:
1.Washing working electrode with 2 ml DI water
2.Dry electrode with N2
3.Connect Biochip
4.Drop 40 μl coating buffer on working electrode.
5.After incubating time, wash and dry the coating buffer with N2
6.Drop 200 μl sample buffer or electrolytes cover all electrodes.
7.Wait 10 sec before measurement
*Note:
1.Electrodes should be stored in low humidity at room temperature, and protected from sunshine
2. Use immediately once open to atmosphere. Keep away from moisture
3.G3 chip is a disposable chip (only for once measure)
-The high quality gold film is fabricated as working electrode. We screen printed graphite as counter electrode and screen printed Ag/AgCl as reference electrode. The unique technology was adopted on Vidabio working electrode.
-The good film has ultra-clean surface.User don’t need to do any pretreatment on gold film. User can do modification and measure directly without polishing or activation process.
-This method revolute the tradition electrochemical electrode using method. It saves the time and avoid complicated clean steps. The patent package design can let user to drop the few target solution into white package wall without other fixers.
